Positive: it was a beautiful place with lovely staff. the general vibe was nice and the food was really delicious
Negative: it was madly expensive. we received a ludicrous bill because we had children in our room which we thought had been agreed beforehand. we did get it discounted but I still wasn't really happy with it in the end. the whole thing seemed to be run by a bunch of people in Medellin, bossing around the staff on the ground which was massively disappointing.
Summary: its really beautiful but I'm not sure I would go back.
